The tradeshow was a wild success. Our 8th year exhibiting was our best ever, with a highlight on security/monitoring solutions.
We have begun our ongoing Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) workshops here in our new office! Held every first and thrid Tuesday of the month, this will be a series of ongoing Voice and Data Convergence seminars designed to help the business owner or IT director understand the advantages of VoIP, SIP, Computer Telephony Integration, VoIP impacts on the LAN, and Unified Messaging. Daylight savings has come and gone. If you still need help, there is a bulletin for existing Norstar and BCM users for available patches and software compatibility issues for Daylight Savings Time (DST) programming. Changing Time and Date begins on page 25. BCM users can change time and date easily through the web based Element Manager interface. Click the Configuration tab, then System, then Date and Time.
