Service problems don’t take their cue from a clock or a calendar. Neither do our service technicians. We’re on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with no exceptions. Any time you need assistance, you’ll be able to call and speak to someone who will either talk you through the problem or dispatch someone who can fix it.

When it comes to our customers, every problem is a priority, so you’ll never find yourself on the back burner. And if we can’t get you back on line right away, we’ll install a standby system to keep you fully functioning.

Training – The Key To A Smooth Transition

Our job doesn’t end when you buy or lease a system. Once your new system is installed, we’ll make sure your employees are fully trained in the use of the equipment. Training helps avoid problems and enables your staff to take full advantage of the benefits of your new system. We provide training in small groups so everyone who needs to be is intimately familiar and comfortable with the new system. The systems we sell and support have interfaces that are so intuitive that with minimal training virtually anyone can become a communications expert.

At the end of the first year, you can choose from a variety of service programs to keep you communicating–and happy.
